On January 14-15th we have a stimulating New Moon Solar Eclipse in taking care of business Capricorn, demonstrating that 2010 is kicking off with a multitude of endings and beginnings. What is your next step? What do you really want? What is your true path? If you are experiencing endings right now, take heart; these eclipses never take what your soul needs. They only take that which is obsolete. Eclipses burn the past so we can move forward. The challenge is that our egos’ get so attached to the ‘status quo’. Even if the relationship, work or situation is damaging, some choose to hang on to the bitter end. Are you doing what is right for you? Life flows naturally when we are on our right path. Celebrate change.
Thriving in uncertainty requires it. 2010 will be a year of change and creative revolution. It is in the fertile ground of uncertainty that our limitless possibilities exist. Are you ready to tune in, be turned on and tap into your abundant creativity? Don’t let resistance set in and opportunities for new ways of thinking and new solutions get shut out by your ego not wanting to change. Demonstrate your willingness by changing the little things, daily routines etc. Your challenge is to leave old habits of thinking behind. The key to thriving in transition is to know your path and stay on it. Don’t be tempted to stray from your path. You will not be effective or successful following anothers dream. 1) When it begins it (life, work, relationships, situations, etc.) is always right.
2) Who shows up is exactly who needs to be there.
3) What happens is the only thing that could have happened.
4) When it is over it is over.
Our Solar Eclipse Sun is cuddled with Venus. Venus rules what we appreciate, love, enjoy and value. When the Sun and Venus are in union like this, it is time to awaken to your soul’s intention. What viable arrangements has your soul made for you in 2010? Your goal is to live your life from the inside out based on your core values—what is true for you, rather than being pushed and pulled by external events or people. You want to center and ground your life in your soul’s purpose that will make life more meaningful and peaceful for you.
Uranus the “Great Awakener” is in harmonious aspect to this Solar Eclipse and Venus encouraging exciting new relationships, stimulating surprises, and great rewards for those who are bold. How can you use your creative resourcefulness to reveal opportunities unseen by others? We are truly serving others when we are demonstrating our Self-mastery. What is Self-mastery? For me Self-mastery is using your power inside. It is the ability to be “who-you-really-are” and enjoying your own company. A position of Self-mastery demonstrates your ability to control emotionality, impulsiveness and instinctive urges. The greater our Self-mastery the more freedom we can enjoy. Yet, there are many old souls in hiding; secretly living a life of quiet desperation behind the veneer of outward appearances.

As Archangel Michael has reminded us through *Ronna Herman, when we awaken to our Soul-Self, the battle between the ego and the Soul-Self begins. Many advanced souls have a soul contract to come out of hiding now to step onto the world stage and stand in their divine power as masters. Gifts and abilities from many lifetimes as accomplished teachers, healers, leaders and agents for change are surfacing, triggered by the continuing activation of their quantum DNA. However, many of these “masters-in-hiding” have strong and well-established egos that are refusing to give up any amount of control to their Soul-Self. Fueled by unresolved karmic issues, their stubborn egos are so resistant to letting go of control and facing the unknown with faith and trust as spiritual adults, that the battle between their ego and Soul-Self for supremacy has intensified. The only security there is in the material world comes from the marriage between your Soul Self and Higher Self. Indeed, it is the real teaching behind the story of Sleeping Beauty. The Soul who is feminine in nature is asleep until her Higher Self (Prince Charming). Finds her and awakens her from her sleeping spell with true love’s kiss. Our first sacred marriage is between our Soul Self and Higher Self; then with our beloved Twin Flame. Any earthly marriage should never come between the above sacred unions, or what our soul contract is in world service. Every individual has a unique purpose and assignment agreed to before we were born. In truth, finding your passion in work will lead you to your right calling. In this way, you will be on your right path and employing your true talent, gifts and abilities.
Hours after the eclipse Mr. Mercury the messenger turns direct. I would wait until at least Monday the 18th to give Mercury direct, the god of communication a chance to sort out all of the details. Information will start to flow more easily now, making your life run smoother. I would give the Solar Eclipse until January 22nd before making any major decisions. When we are being eclipsed all the facts and information are not in and often the week following the eclipse. We start to get new information we didn’t have the week before. You will have green lights after January 22nd, for moving ahead with your plans armed with the information needed to make excellent choices for yourself.
