Are You Ready For A New Way Of Life?

“When you reach for the thought that feels better, the Universe is now responding differently to you because of that effort. And so, the things that follow you get better and better, too. So it gets easier to reach for the thought that feels better, because you are on ever-increasing, improving platforms that feel better.–Abraham/Hicks

A Pisces Solar Eclipse will occur at the New Moon March 18 and 19, 2007 this is a partial Solar Eclipse, however a tough square from formidable Pluto promises deep structural changes ahead.  And combining it with a Solar Eclipse means heads are going to roll.  Heads of state and other large institutions may be replaced at an accelerated rate during the next few months. The fact that this eclipse at 29 degrees (conclusion) Pisces takes place the day before the Spring Equinox accentuates the cosmic message that we are ready for a new way of life.  A time to move forward in a new direction.  Why not burn the past and take a giant step forward?  The past is history. All that matters is what we do today. Life is a gift.  You are a gift.  “Feel it. See it. Know it. Everything is yours. You are of God. Abundance Reigns.” –Ivo/Lisa Dorr

This Pisces Eclipse is a spiritual awakening drawing us toward the end of the journey, the last stage, the return Home as Pisces is the twelfth sign.  Here we recognize that we are connected to Source and all of life with no middlemen, no doctrine, just a total acceptance of it all.  Pisces is universal heart, the heart that can hold it all, the good, the bad, the ugly, and the beautiful.  It’s who we are without the ego’s judgments and fears.

“The New Moon in Pisces on March 18 is normally a sensitive, spiritual event engendering ideals and inspiration. However, this one is in a tense 90-degree square with dark Pluto, the mythological Lord of the Underworld. The emotional openness of Pisces may not be pouring forth peace and light, but instead revealing deep fears, secrets and desires. Power struggles are possible as bullies and victims pair up to share emotional damage with one another. Fortunately, there's another side to this story, one of redemption and resurrection. By descending to the depths of our feelings, we become aware of our greatest desires and can begin to let go of attitudes, habits and individuals that keep us from fulfilling them. Pluto is about learning to grow by letting go, which is the key to success now.” – Jeff Jawer

How are you using power?

Powerful Pluto is playing the leading role and highly active during the Solar Eclipse, challenging us to question every belief that closes our minds and hearts.  Pay attention to how you judge Self and others, how does it feel?  This is a cycle of purging and a time to let go.  Do you use power wisely?  Do you own your power? Or do you give your power over to others?  Too often we see corrupt leaders abusing power. We need leaders that demonstrate power in healthy ways.  We are all leaders whether you work for yourself or work for a company.  You are a leader.  If you have children you are a leader.  We can never win people over to our perspective or position by pushing our beliefs on them.  Instead, you lead by example, when you are very happy and successful, others will want to know your secret. When you generally care about other people they feel it and they will trust you.  As a leader, others will follow you if you possess integrity and authority. People sense it and if people respect you they will want you to lead them.

“If you want to be a leader who attracts quality people, the key is to become a person of quality yourself. Leadership is the ability to attract someone to the gifts, skills, and opportunities you offer as an owner, as a manager, as a parent. I call leadership the great challenge of life.

What's important in leadership is refining your skills. All great leaders keep working on themselves until they become effective. Here are some specifics:

1) Learn to be strong but not rude. It is an extra step you must take to become a powerful, capable leader with a wide range of reach. Some people mistake rudeness for strength. It's not even a good substitute.

2) Learn to be kind but not weak. We must not mistake kindness for weakness. Kindness isn't weak. Kindness is a certain type of strength. We must be kind enough to tell somebody the truth. We must be kind enough and considerate enough to lay it on the line. We must be kind enough to tell it like it is and not deal in delusion.

3) Learn to be bold but not a bully. It takes boldness to win the day. To build your influence, you've got to walk in front of your group. You've got to be willing to take the first arrow, tackle the first problem, discover the first sign of trouble.

4) You've got to learn to be humble, but not timid. You can't get to the high life by being timid. Some people mistake timidity for humility. Humility is almost a God-like word. A sense of awe. A sense of wonder. An awareness of the human soul and spirit. An understanding that there is something unique about the human drama versus the rest of life. Humility is a grasp of the distance between us and the stars, yet having the feeling that we're part of the stars. So humility is a virtue; but timidity is a disease. Timidity is an affliction. It can be cured, but it is a problem.

5) Be proud but not arrogant. It takes pride to win the day. It takes pride to build your ambition. It takes pride in community. It takes pride in cause, in accomplishment. But the key to becoming a good leader is being proud without being arrogant. In fact I believe the worst kind of arrogance is arrogance from ignorance. It's when you don't know that you don't know. Now that kind of arrogance is intolerable. If someone is smart and arrogant, we can tolerate that. But if someone is ignorant and arrogant, that's just too much to take.

6) Develop humor without folly. That's important for a leader. In leadership, we learn that it's okay to be witty, but not silly. It's okay to be fun, but not foolish.

Lastly, deal in realities. Deal in truth. Save yourself the agony. Just accept life like it is. Life is unique. Some people call it tragic, but I'd like to think it's unique. The whole drama of life is unique. It's fascinating. And I've found that the skills that work well for one leader may not work at all for another. But the fundamental skills of leadership can be adapted to work well for just about everyone: at work, in the community, and at home. “---Jim Rohn

Follow the Leader

On March 20th the Sun fires into Aries initiating the Spring Equinox -- the beginning of the astrological year. The intense force of this sign encourages spontaneity, yet Mars, Aries ruling planet, opposes strict Saturn on March 22 and imposes a slowdown. The message is to maintain a steady pace, even though active Mars' connections with optimistic Jupiter and dreamy Neptune on March 23 and 25 are filled with idealism and enthusiasm that can make self-restraint more difficult.  Aries being the first sign of the zodiac and ruling the First of the Twelve Houses shouts life is “All About You.”  Follow the leader, Aries and the First house represents how we show up, what we present to the world, our outlook on life, our physical body, and personality.

Change is inevitable growth is optional.

In this new cycle of Aries you have the opportunity to explore the following, what can you accomplish on your own? What can you discover about yourself: i.e., your talents, gifts, abilities and your limitations? Here you foster self-improvement, self-motivation, personal goals, and personal change.  A strong physical body empowers you to manage stress and release negativity.  How do others see you?  Are you a positive or negative personality? Are you easy or difficult to be around? Are you a team player?  What motivates you to want to improve/evolve? What are you doing in work and life? What are you not doing? What stirs you to action? What do you really want and need? Do you understand yourself based on your core needs, your terms, and not on what others want from you on their terms? Are you living authentically? Do you invest in yourself? On the other hand, do you ignore your Inner Being? A strong Self makes you live fearlessly, love with an open heart/mind, and be open to new opportunities. When we are strong within Self, we have a strong mind, body, spirit and are less manipulated by the agenda of others, we own our power, and do not give our power away. We are not codependent, manipulative, or enabling. Thus, we are interdependent, respectful toward others, and live from our integrity. Above all, when we are strong within Self, we can be more available with our time, ideas, energy, and be fully present. When trouble or crisis crop up strong people who can remain calm and centered are a great benefit to others, and are more capable of solving problems; in challenging situations, if we are not part of the solution then we are part of the problem. “Use whatever excuse you can to vibrate in harmony with those things you've been saying you want. And when you do, those things that are a vibrational equivalent flow into your experience in abundance. Not because you deserve it, not because you've earned it, but because it's the natural consequence of the Law of Attraction. That which is like unto itself is drawn.” ---Abraham/Hicks                                                                                      ------------------------------------------------                                                                                              Love and Peace,                                                                                                                           Kelley Rosano
