Did you know your birthday is the most sacred day of the year?                      This is the day where all of Cosmos comes together and bestows gifts upon you and the new energy for the coming year ahead. Up until our Birthday we are in a "six week cycle."  That is, we receive all the tests of the entire year in the last six weeks leading up until our birthday.  Right before we receive our new energy and gifts we must close out the books (karma, initiation, debt to life) before our new cycle begins.  Ever notice how tired you are right before your birthday?  The old energy is cycling down and the new energy is getting ready to emerge on your birthday.  This same "six week cycle" and rebirth happens on January 1st every year.  Ever notice how the last six weeks of the year are the heaviest? We are personally and collectively balancing out the karma of the year in the last six weeks leading up until January, the New Year.   We are clearing the way for January, the new energy being born, the promise of new beginnings, a fresh start, clean-slate, and our new opportunities to commence.

        Three times out of the year Mercury will be retrograde (appears to move backwards from Earth.) Each retrograde cycle last for 25 days. The Mercury retrograde cycle is best utilized for redoing, reworking, rewriting, revisiting, reinventing, researching , preplanning,  reconnecting, rebuilding, reevaluating, reconsidering, clean up, and catching up on work.  The Mercury retrograde cycle is not the best time to sign contracts, or launch new projects/products as this is a time of clean up and not forward action.

Venus:  The planet of alliances and business partnerships. Venus rules the organization's relationship with the public and other companies. Venus rules the money, the budget, the assets, the credit financing, contracts, earning and purchasing power.  Venus also signifies the approval of the public of your products and services. 

Mars:  This is one of the most important planets in the business chart as Mars  represents initiative, ambition, and desire to cut through obstacles for achievement.  A strong Mars in the business chart can make for a forceful, formidable, competitive successful business.

Jupiter:  Jupiter nearly always has a positive influence on any house he resides. Jupiter creates opportunity for travel or legal success.  Jupiter rules publishing, advertising, and educational programs. Jupiter can expand financial gain with careful prudent planning.
